Appointment Policy

At Dordéan Massage, each appointment is time set aside just for you. My goal is to provides thoughtful, personalized care in a calm and supportive space, and I prepare for each session with your needs in mind. To honor your time and mine, please review the following policies when booking.

Booking & Payment

Your appointment reserves dedicated time for your care. When you book, please select the session length that best suits your needs and review your appointment details carefully. Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged in advance. If you have any issues booking below, please TEXT (747)-248-6701.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, Please provide at least 48 hours' Notice so that your appointment time may be offered to another client. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled session price.
